1. Shipping Policy

Shipping Eligibility

  • Not all items are eligible for shipping.
  • Items ineligible to ship will be noted in the item details and will fail to provide shipping options in the check out page.

Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 7-10 days after payment is received.
  • Custom or made-to-order items may take longer to produce. Estimated lead times will be provided on the product page or during checkout.

Shipping Methods & Rates

  • We ship orders using trusted carriers such as UPS, USPS, and FedEx.
  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, size, and destination.
  • Free shipping may be offered on select products or promotions (details will be listed on the product page).

Delivery Time

  • Standard delivery within the U.S. typically takes 3-5 business days after dispatch.
  • International shipping is not offered at this time.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Damaged or Lost Packages

  • If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days with photos of the packaging and product.
  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier, but we will do our best to assist you.

2. Returns & Exchanges

Eligibility

  • We accept returns of unused, undamaged, and non-custom products within 7 days of delivery.
  • Custom, personalized, or made-to-order items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Return Process

  1. Contact us at support@671woodworks.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. If approved, we will provide return instructions.
  3. Items must be returned in original packaging and condition.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or sent in error.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method for all returns.

Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 3 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

  • If you’d like to exchange an item, please contact us. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

3. Cancellations

  • Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, unless production or shipping has already started.
  • Custom or personalized orders cannot be canceled once work has begun.
